Hey there, world wide web! My name is Stephanie, mother of three. First of all, my blog is called Practicing Parenting, because with all other important jobs (lawyers, doctors), parents are continuing to learn and improve throughout the course of their "job" otherwise known as their entire life! I'm twenty-four years old and I am a native-born Floridian. I have a wonderful husband named Richard and three beautiful children named Richard (Richie), Lilianna (Lily), and Sophia (sometime referred to as Phia or Sophie). We live together in a house in Cooper City, Florida. I couldn't ask for a better family or neighborhood. Although we aren't the most affluent household, I have to admit I feel quite rich (and that's not because I have
two Rich-s living with me)! We have two cats, Luna and Simon. We're not perfect, probably far from it, but we love each other and do the very best we can each day. When problems arise we try to address them promptly and respectfully and we view parenting as a two-person job. Although I am a stay-at-home-Mom and thus the primary caretaker, my husband plays a very large and
very important role in our children's lives and he's just amazing overall.
